Vivian is on the talent team at FirstMark, where she partners closely with founders to build out exceptional executive and founding teams across the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining FirstMark, she was a Senior Manager at OpenView Venture Partners, a Boston-based growth-stage venture capital firm, where she focused on executive search and go-to-market hiring strategy.

Vivian holds a B.S. in Business and Management from Skidmore College, where she was also a member of the varsity lacrosse team.
