Vera is an Investor at FirstMark, where she supports the firm's growth-stage investing efforts across all focus areas.

Prior to joining FirstMark, Vera was at Silver Lake Partners, where she invested in and supported multi-stage and large-cap technology companies across vertical SaaS, fintech, and semiconductors such as Clubessential, Global Payments, and Altera. Vera began her career at Evercore in New York where she advised on over $4B in M&A transactions in the telecommunications sector.

Vera hails from Toronto and has lived in New York since graduating from Columbia University with a BA in Financial Economics and Computer Science.
