Stella is on the talent team at FirstMark, where she partners closely with founders to build out exceptional executive and founding teams across the firm’s portfolio.

Previously, she was a Senior Associate at True Search, a global executive search firm, where she led searches for C-suite leaders at venture-backed companies across software, marketplaces, and consumer technology.

Stella holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Villanova University.
