Kristin Putnam joined FirstMark in 2026 and currently serves as Executive Assistant to Rick Heitzmann. Prior to FirstMark, she was an Investor Relations Associate at Fin Capital where she previously spent three years as Chief of Staff.

Kristin holds a B.S. in Corporate Financial Management from San José State University.
