Jess Barriere
Associate General Counsel
Jess is the Associate General Counsel at FirstMark. Prior to joining FirstMark, Jess was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Institutions groups at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York, where she guided public and private corporations and financial institutions through a broad range of transactions.
Jess is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington D.C. She holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
