Guardian of the Grey Area

Hank is the General Counsel at FirstMark, where he manages all aspects of the firm’s legal operations, including investment and exit activity, portfolio company matters, fund formation and administration, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to FirstMark, Hank was the General Counsel at Greycroft. As Greycroft’s first in-house legal hire, Hank built and scaled the legal function to support the firm’s growth with a focus on operational excellence. Hank practiced as a corporate and securities law attorney at Gunderson Dettmer prior to Greycroft and started his legal career at Proskauer Rose.

Hank holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BS in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
