Gabe Rosen is Director, Portfolio Operations & Strategy at FirstMark, where he accelerates the success of FirstMark founders by providing a best-in-class portfolio experience and on-going strategic support to help them scale operations and accelerate growth.

Prior to joining FirstMark, Gabe held senior leadership roles at Flock Safety and DoorDash, and brings more than a decade of operations and strategy experience spanning venture-backed start-ups, high-growth technology companies, and Fortune 500 organizations. He began his career at L.E.K. Consulting where he focused on Retail & Consumer and Private Equity engagements.

Gabe holds a B.A. in Economics and Mandarin Chinese from Hamilton College, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity basketball team.
