Ashton is Head of Investor Relations at FirstMark, where she focuses on driving the firm’s capital formation strategy and providing our limited partners with a seamless, transparent, and best-in-class experience. Prior to FirstMark, Ashton was the Head of Capital Formation at Lowercarbon Capital, where she led partnerships with existing and future investors.

Previously, Ashton held various roles leading investor relations at Obvious Ventures and Clocktower Group. Beyond her capital raising efforts, she has spent her career cultivating a strategic ecosystem of globally significant allocators spanning sovereign wealth funds, public pension plans, university endowments, foundations, and family offices.

Before her financial services career, Ashton spent her time advocating for international disability rights through her academic, policy, and direct service pursuits around the world.

Ashton holds a BA in International Development with a minor in Disability Studies from UCLA.
