Background

Adam is a Partner at FirstMark, where he focuses on investments in Fintech and Vertical Software, including companies like Kasa, Backflip, Workstep, and Authentic.

Since 2022, Adam has been organizing Fintech Driven, a private community for fintech leaders in NYC that has featured closed-door talks with Ramp Founder & CEO Eric Glyman, Plaid Founder & CEO Zach Perret, and Ellevest Founder & CEO Sallie Krawcheck.

Prior to FirstMark, Adam spent nearly a decade in Silicon Valley, investing in early-stage companies as a Venture Partner at South Park Commons and a Partner at Social Capital. Before he became an investor, Adam was an early employee at Twitter and Dropbox where he built and scaled Dropbox’s Partner Network and Revenue Partnerships teams. He started his career in investment banking and private equity at Merrill Lynch and Lindsay Goldberg, and holds both a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
