Rain has partnered with Western Union to launch Stablecard, a new digital wallet and USD-backed Visa card that enables consumers to hold, move, and spend dollar value across one of the world’s largest money movement networks. Initially launching in 37 markets—with plans to expand to more than 60 by year-end—the product makes stablecoins accessible through a familiar consumer experience, allowing users to receive remittances, store value, and spend anywhere Visa is accepted.
